This is the second shooting on that block in three days, but police do not yet know if they are connected.

In the first shooting, police were called to Seaside Park in the Washington neighborhood at 5 p.m. where they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper and lower body, according to Sgt. Rudy Garcia.
Police believe there was a fight between the suspects and victim that preceded the shooting.
